HOW INTEGRATION SCOPE IS DETERMINED
What can be connected depends on available APIs, data access, security constraints and the condition of the current stack. Discovery maps those boundaries first, and the integration approach is recommended against them—not assumed. Where a direct connection is not responsible, the recommendation says so.

03Do we need to replace our current tools?
Usually not. Automation at Aevrion typically connects the tools a business already uses rather than replacing everything. Replacement is recommended only when a current tool cannot support the workflow responsibly—and that is a separate, explicit decision.
04How does Aevrion decide what should be automated?
The workflow is mapped first. Steps that are repeatable, rule-definable and high-frequency are strong candidates; steps that carry judgment, ambiguity or relationship risk are kept with people or given a review point. Not every manual process should be automated, and saying so is part of the work.
05Can AI be part of an automation?
Yes, as selected bounded steps—classification, summarization, drafting, extraction or routing assistance—where they genuinely fit the workflow. Each AI-assisted step operates inside defined boundaries with human and system controls, and accountability for the workflow remains human-owned.
06Who maintains the workflow after launch?
That is defined before launch, not discovered afterward. The engagement can end in a documented handoff to a named internal owner, or continue under an agreed ongoing model in which Aevrion operates, monitors and improves the workflow.
07How are failures or exceptions handled?
They are designed, not hoped against. Every workflow gets defined exception paths, failure handling and a named owner who is notified when something cannot proceed. An automation that fails silently is treated as a defect, not an acceptable behavior.
08What affects automation scope and cost?
The number of systems involved, the quality of their APIs and data access, decision complexity, exception volume, security constraints, reporting needs, testing depth and the level of ongoing ownership. A mapped workflow is the starting point for an accurate proposal.
