This page describes how working together actually happens. It does not advertise roles that do not exist.

Aevrion operates remotely from Baguio City, Philippines, and works with specialists wherever they are. There is no office to attend.

Work is organised around defined engagements with a clear scope and an accountable owner, rather than open-ended availability.
- INDEPENDENT SPECIALISTS
The people Aevrion works with operate as independent professionals. Terms are agreed per engagement rather than assumed.
- WRITTEN FIRST
Decisions, scope and handoffs are written down. If something matters, it exists somewhere other than in a conversation.
Aevrion does not currently employ salaried staff. Describing the people it works with as employees would be inaccurate, so this page does not.

Judgment, ownership and the ability to write it down.
- EVIDENCE OVER CLAIMS
Work we can look at matters more than a list of tools. A repository, a system you built or a problem you can explain clearly all count.
- OWNERSHIP
The instinct to say what went wrong before being asked, and to be accountable for a piece of work end to end.
- CLARITY IN WRITING
Most coordination here is written. Explaining a trade-off in a paragraph is a core skill, not a soft one.
- HONEST LIMITS
Knowing what you do not know, and saying so early, is more valuable than confidence that has to be corrected later.
05 / HOW TO INTRODUCE YOURSELF
Email, with something we can look at.
Send an email to hr@aevrionops.com with a short description of what you do, the kind of work you want more of, and a link to something you have built or written. A portfolio, a repository or a clear explanation of a problem you solved is more useful than a formal CV.
Please do not send sensitive personal information. Aevrion does not ask for government identification, a passport, bank or financial details, health information, marital status or religion at this stage, and none of it is needed to start a conversation.
