CAREERS / OPEN ROLE

B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Commission-Based · Remote · Independent Contractor · U.S. Home Services Market. Prospecting U.S. home-service businesses for Aevrion's build, automation, search and security work.

Commission only. There is no hourly rate, no monthly salary and no retainer.

01 / ROLE OVERVIEW

Open the conversation, then hand it over.

Aevrion is looking for one B2B cold caller to open conversations with owners of U.S. home-service businesses and hand qualified opportunities to the technical team.

The work is outbound and conversational: research a business, reach the owner or decision maker, establish whether there is a real problem worth solving, and either book a call with Aevrion or carry the conversation through yourself.

This is an independent contractor engagement paid on commission. There is no hourly rate, no monthly salary and no retainer, and nothing here should be read as a promise of a particular income.

05 / WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES

Research, call, qualify, hand over.

  • RESEARCH AND BUILD THE LIST

Identify U.S. home-service businesses worth calling and find the person who can actually make a decision. Building and working the prospect list is part of the role.

  • MAKE THE CALL

Outbound calls to owners and decision makers, in English, during their working hours.

  • QUALIFY HONESTLY

Establish whether there is a real problem Aevrion can solve. An appointment with no problem behind it wastes the prospect's time and yours.

  • BOOK OR CARRY

Either book a call with Aevrion as an appointment setter, or carry the conversation through to a signed engagement as full-cycle sales. Both are paid, at different rates.

  • HAND OVER IN WRITING

Pass on what you learned in writing: who they are, what is wrong, what they said and what was agreed.

06 / COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Paid on what the client actually pays.

Commission is the whole of the compensation. There is no base to fall back on, which is stated here rather than discovered later.

  • APPOINTMENT SETTER / LEAD ORIGINATOR

    7.5% of collected service revenue

  • FULL-CYCLE SALES

    10% of collected service revenue

  • ELIGIBLE HIGH PERFORMERS

up to 12.5% of collected service revenue

  • ELIGIBLE RECURRING SERVICES

5% of collected recurring service revenue for the first 6 paid months

Commission is calculated only from cleared client payments. Work that is invoiced but not paid does not generate commission.

Where a client pays in installments, eligible commission follows the collected installments proportionally rather than being paid up front.

07 / EXAMPLE COMMISSION

How the calculation works.

Worked examples, so the arithmetic is not a surprise.

  • $4,000 PROJECT

    7.5% — $300 · 10% — $400

  • $10,000 PROJECT

    7.5% — $750 · 10% — $1,000

  • $20,000 PROJECT

    7.5% — $1,500 · 10% — $2,000

These examples illustrate how the commission calculation works. They are not guarantees of earnings, of sales volume or of how many projects will close. What you earn depends on what you sell and on what the client actually pays.

08 / YOUR SCHEDULE

Self-directed, aligned to the prospect.

  • SELF-DIRECTED

You decide when you work. There is no mandatory eight-hour shift, no fixed login time and no requirement to work every day.

  • ALIGNED TO THE PROSPECT

Prospecting should normally happen around 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the prospect's local U.S. timezone, because that is when the people you need are reachable.

  • MEASURED BY OUTCOME

The engagement is judged on the opportunities you open, not on hours logged.

09 / U.S. PHONE NUMBER

You supply the number, and it has to be legitimate.

  • YOUR OWN U.S. NUMBER

You must obtain and control a legitimate U.S. mobile or VoIP number before outbound calling begins. Aevrion does not supply one.

  • IT MUST WORK BOTH WAYS

The number has to reliably place calls to U.S. businesses and receive callbacks on the same line.

  • IT MUST BE PROFESSIONAL

It should present a professional caller number, and it must remain under your control for the duration of the engagement.

  • NO SPOOFING

Caller-ID spoofing and deceptive calling practices are prohibited. Misrepresenting the number you are calling from, or who you are, ends the engagement.

10 / WHAT AEVRION PROVIDES

Everything after the handover.

  • THE TECHNICAL WORK

Once an opportunity is qualified and handed over, Aevrion scopes, prices, builds and operates the work. You are not asked to quote or to deliver.

  • A NAMED OWNER

Every engagement has a named accountable owner, so you know who answers the questions your prospect asks.

  • WRITTEN SCOPE

Decisions, scope and handoffs are written down, so what was said in a call is what the client is given.

  • THE PUBLIC SERVICE PAGES

This website documents what Aevrion actually does, in the same words the technical team uses. It is the reference for what you can accurately describe.

11 / WHAT WE EXPECT

What you need before the first call.

  • CONVERSATIONAL BUSINESS ENGLISH

You will be speaking with U.S. business owners by phone. You need to be understood easily, and to understand them.

  • OUTBOUND CALLING EXPERIENCE

Comfortable starting a conversation with someone who did not expect the call, and comfortable being told no.

  • YOUR OWN CALLING SETUP

A U.S. number you control, a working calling or VoIP platform, and a stable connection.

  • HONEST QUALIFICATION

Willingness to record what was actually said, including when a prospect is not a fit. An inflated handover is worse than no handover.

  • ACCURATE RECORDS

Call outcomes, owners and next steps recorded accurately and kept current, so a handover can be acted on without a second conversation.

  • FOLLOWING THE PROCESS

Working to the agreed calling, qualification and handover process rather than improvising around it.

  • CONTRACTOR ONBOARDING

Standard contractor onboarding applies where relevant: agreeing engagement terms, and the details needed to pay you. Aevrion runs no background check and asks for no government identification to start a conversation.

  • INDEPENDENCE

This is a contractor engagement. You manage your own time, tools, taxes and working arrangements.

12 / HELPFUL EXPERIENCE

Useful, not required.

None of this is a filter. It is what tends to make the first month easier.

  • EXPERIENCE

Previous B2B calling into U.S. home-service or trade businesses

  • EXPERIENCE

Selling websites, SEO, software or other technical services

  • EXPERIENCE

Working a self-built prospect list rather than a supplied one

  • EXPERIENCE

Using a CRM to keep call outcomes and follow-ups visible

13 / WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

Stated plainly, before you apply.

It is not employment. Aevrion engages independent specialists and does not offer salaried positions.

There is no hourly rate, no monthly salary, no retainer and no guaranteed income of any kind.

It is not an office role and is not tied to a location.

It is not a technical role. You are not asked to build, quote or support what is sold.

It is not a scripted dialer seat. Research, judgment and honest qualification are the work.
