01 / THE PROBLEM
Inquiries go cold while you are working.
Inquiries arrive while the people who could answer them are working: on a roof, under a house, driving between jobs. A call goes unanswered, a form sits until evening, and by the time anyone replies the customer may have booked someone else.
Replying faster is only half of it. A fast reply that invents a price, diagnoses a problem over text or keeps messaging after the customer has answered does more harm than a slow one. The kit is built around both halves: reply quickly, and keep the reply inside rules you have written.
Built-in rules. The prompts tell the assistant never to invent prices, never to diagnose, never to give chemical or medical advice, to admit it is automated when asked, to respect STOP, and to hand off to a person on anything sensitive.
